I want to check whether my banking details are verified or not.

Simply follow the steps shown below:

  • Go to My Profile screen from Main Menu
  • Click on Account Verification link under My Profile Screen
  • If your bank account is verified, you will be seeing the bank name, account number and other details.

Is it possible to change my team name?

Yes of course! You can do so by visiting My Profile screen. Click on the pencil icon available on the right side of the screen, enter a new team name and hit the update button. Your team name will be changed.

Is it possible to update my Username, Email address, or Mobile Number?

We allow user to update their existing username. Please go to My Profile -> Click on Pencil icon to edit the details -> Change Username and click Update.

For the email address and mobile number, we don’t allow you to change it at your own. We allow updating email address or mobile number only in the event when you don’t have your email address or mobile number accessible from you. In case you wish to get such details updated, we request you to get in touch with us. We will do the needful!

Is it possible to update the banking details?

We certainly allow the users to initiate change of banking details. You have to get in touch with us to do so. However, we recommend not changing the banking details if there are any transfers taking place from GamePlan11 account to your linked bank account.

How long it will take to process the verification request?

We usually take 4-5 business days to process any verification requests. We will initiate email once the verification process has been completed successfully!

How can I verify my Mobile number?

Please follow below mentioned steps to verify the mobile number:

  • Click on Account Verification link under My Profile Screen
  • Enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP”.
  • Enter the OTP on the screen and click on Verify to get your mobile number verified for the GamePlan11 account.

How can I verify my PAN CARD and Banking Details?

Please follow below mentioned steps to get your PAN CARD verified:

  • Click on Account Verification link under My Profile Screen
  • Tap on PAN CARD tab
  • Upload your PAN CARD image
  • Provide Name, PAN Number, Date of Birth and State details
  • Wait for a couple of days (Typically between 3 to 5 days) to let us verify the details shared.

Please follow below mentioned steps to get your Bank verified:

  • Click on Account Verification link under My Profile Screen
  • Tap on Bank tab
  • Provide Bank Name, Branch, Account Number, and IFSC code
  • Wait for a couple of days (Typically between 3 to 5 days) to let us verify the details shared.

Note: Same PAN CARD or BANKING DETAILS are not allowed for different GamePlan11 accounts.

Are there any chances to get negative verification response?

Yes, of course! If you fail to provide proper details for the PAN CARD and Bank, chances are higher that your verification process fails. Please ensure you provide clear image of the documents. Also, ensure that you provide proper PAN CARD number, date of birth, and Name. In case of banking details, please provide accurate Bank Name, Account Number or IFSC code.
