What can I do in the event when I cannot recall the mobile number or email address used at the time of registration on GamePlan11?

Relax! We have two options if you have forgotten your email address or mobile number:

  • If you have forgotten your email address, you can login using the mobile number. An OTP will be sent your registered mobile number. You can enter the OTP in the portal/mobile app to login again in GamePlan11.
  • If you have forgotten your mobile number, you can still login using the Google or Facebook account.

Note: It is important to ensure that your mobile number is verified successfully with GamePlan11 in order to get the OTP.

I don’t remember my password of GamePlan11. Is it possible to rest?

Of course, we can help you reset the password. Please follow below steps:

Android/iOS App/On Portal:

  • From the login screen, type your registered email id/mobile number and click NEXT
  • Click on Forgot Password? An OTP will be sent to the email address/mobile number.
  • Once you receive an OTP on email/mobile number, you can enter the OTP in the portal/mobile app.
  • Change your password and use your new password to log in again.
  • If you don't see our mail, check the spam/junk & promotions folders in your mailbox.

I cannot login using my mobile number. What could be the reason?

We urge all the users to get their mobile numbers verified on priority. In case you have not verified your mobile number, it is possible that you are facing issues with the login. Login using your registered email address or Facebook or Google account and get your number verified with us. Below are other possible reasons when you are unable to login:

  • Your account is suspended
  • The mobile number you are trying to login with has already been verified for another GamePlan11 account.

I have yet not received any OTP for verification. What could be the possible reason for it?

Generally, you should receive the OTP within 2 minutes of entering the mobile number. If not received within the defined time-frame, below are the possible reasons:

  • It is important that you first verify the mobile number entered. In case of wrong mobile number entered, chances are higher that you are not receiving the OTP.
  • Issue with the network service provider. Please have patience and wait for the SMS.
  • If you are still facing the issue with the OTP, we request you to get in touch with the service provider.

If any of the ways are not working, try using another mobile number to get yourself registered.

How can I change my GamePlan11 password?

It is very easy! Just follow the below steps:

  • Click on My Profile on the left menu
  • Click on the Edit icon on My Profile page
  • Enter New Password and click Update

If you don’t remember your existing password, you will have to get it reset first from the Login Page.

Why my GamePlan11 account is in suspended status?

During routine scanning of the account profiles, our team might have suspended the account due to pending KYC verification.

If you have not verified your KYC details with GamePlan11 and your account got suspended, you can get in touch with our team with your KYC details. Our team will verify the details and will activate your GamePlan11 account.

How can I verify my mobile number?

Please follow below mentioned steps in order to get your mobile number verified:

  • Click on My Profile on the left menu
  • Go to Account Verification option
  • Enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP”.
  • Enter the OTP received on the screen and click on “Verify”
  • And you are done! Your mobile number is verified with GamePlan11.
